I hear many xrp influencers on youtube saying that the xrp supply crunch is coming soon, as soon as the OTC desks run out of xrp, their only option will be to go to the public exchanges and drive up prices. However, I recently heard Zach Rector say that Ripple can sell directly to the OTC desks. Something about it being legal since it is private, neither the seller (Ripple) or the buyer (the particular OTC) know each other. So that is not doing what the SEC lawsuit prevented, Ripple selling directly to institutions. IF ANYONE CAN EXPLAIN THIS TO ME PLEASE DO.
If Ripple can sell from their 1 billion monthly release to various OTC's, it will be years…
